b. Step 2: Click on ‘property valuation for citizens’, which is given under head ‘Online Facilities’

How to Register Property Through e-panjiyan Website
To register your property through e-Panjiyan website, perform the following steps:-
Visit the official website of e stamp Rajasthan or epanijyan.nic.in
On the home page, click on ‘Property Valuation.’
For property registration, click on ‘Fresh Valuation.’ Fill in details like the location type of the property. Select Sale deed as document option and subtype sale deed certificate
Now, enter the details about Tehsil, District, and SRO.
As a new page opens up, enter details like location, colony area, property area, address details, etc.
Enter built area or floor type in the additional value section
Choose commission, and then the measured value will be displayed.
Now, Click on ‘Save the property details’ to get the value of the land.
Click Next to go to e stamp Rajasthan page.
Enter execution date, face value, and select option ‘Calculate Stamp Duty.
With stamp duty and registration charges, you also need to pay CSI and surcharge. The penalty also, if there is any.
Click on save
Click on ‘Proceed to party details.’
Now, provide the type of presenter, type of party, category, gender, party name, ID proof, address, and contact details.
Upload the necessary documents in a PDF format, then click upload and save. Once done, click ‘Done and Exit’
Click the payment option; now, you will land on the e-GRAS page.
Use username and password if you are already a user.
A new user will have to sign up and fill in all the details.
Choose Registration and Stamps Department
Fill the e-challan application.
Make the payment using a debit or credit card and click on Submit.
Once payment is made, the application will go to e-panijyan website.
Select time slot booking and click the good time and date when you can visit the SRO’s office.
Now, enter the CRN number and enter an OTP, which is sent to the registered mobile number.
Visit the Sub Registrar’s office (SRO) with the fee receipt and CRN number on the selected date and time.
When you reach the office, data verification will be done using the CRN number.
Pay the charges in cash or cheque if you select the manual payment method.
Once the process is done, the thumb impression and photographs of the Claimant, Presenter, Witness, and Executants will be captured.
